As a national AAAA tourist attraction, it lies in Peng'an County, Sichuan Province. Pengan County is the hometown of Sima Xiangru, a grand master of Ci and Fu (a literary form) in the Han Dynasty, located in the northeast of Sichuan Province and the middle reaches of Jialing River, bounded on the north by Yilong, the hometown of Zhu De, and on the southeast by Guang'an, the hometown of Deng Xiaoping. It covers a planned area of more than 20 square kilometers along the two banks of Jialing River, being divided into thirteen areas of four functional areas in three sections. It is reputed by experts and scholars as the Romantic Homeland attributing to its exceptional advantages as the most classic pastoral scene along Jialing River, the unique cradle of Bashu culture, the holy land of eternal romantic love, the exhibition area of the concept of man in harmony with nature, as well as the exhibition area of farming civilization along Jialing River.
